Not to mention how much of an embarrassment he was as Taoiseach. Bumbling, stuttering mess. Someone said to me yesterday afternoon, "at least his speech was heartfelt". My arse, that was written by some spin doctor, rehearsed by Bertie while he was sitting in the Make-Up artists chair. According to the Indo, he reduced his Make-Up bill in 2007, from 60K to 30K !
